End of Semester Report
As the end of the semester approaches, some of our beloved brothers will be graduating and moving on to prosper in their future lives.  We wish them luck in their future endeavors and hope they always remain active in supporting the Zeta Zeta chapter house at Penn State. Although we will be losing 11 senior undergraduate members this semester, 12 more joined us as our associate members were initiated on Sunday, April 22, 2012.  Our associate members endured the journey and learning processes of Lambda Chi Alpha.  They have learned many new things including how to become a better man in everyday life.

Lost Brother List
Help us find missing brothers.  We currently have over 500 brothers with either missing or inaccurate email addresses, which is much too high of a number.  We plan on having many fall activities leading up to and including our 100th Anniversary Celebration that we'd like to communicate with everybody.  Click here to find a PDF of missing brothers and help us identify them!

Did You Land a Job Thanks to Lambda Chi?
Lambda Chi was filled with many fun memories, and served as the foundation for great friendships that have lasted well beyond graduation. But we know that the Lambda Chi connections have likely led to great job opportunities too. Did you land a job thanks to a career network formed at Lambda Chi? Share your story on the message board.

Nicknames
Thank you to Charles "Tiger" Zendt '58 for answering our call for nickname stories last month.  Here is his story: "The Class of '58 also had lots of "interesting" characters. My nickname came about when Don Woods '57 spotted this skinny Freshman in one of his classes, wearing  a LXA Pledge pin. After finding out I weighed all of 125 pounds, I soon became an LXA Intramural wrestler at 121 pounds.  No matter that my wrestling experience was nill, I filled in the lower end of the weight classes. After losing my first match, but avoiding getting pinned and giving up even more points, I was thereafter nicknamed "Tiger". My athletic feats continued for 4 years, expanding into boxing, then an intramural sport, also, even though my record was dismal at best."

Save the Date! Zeta Zeta's Centennial Anniversary Celebration
Date: November 10, 2012
Zeta Zeta alums from all eras are invited to attend our 100th Anniversary in the Fall 2012.  This event will be held on Saturday, November 10th, 2012—so please SAVE THE DATE!   We will have a formal banquet award and commemoration program at the Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center beginning at 3 p.m. The event will be formal—black tie optional.  

Penn State is scheduled to have an away game that weekend against Nebraska.  After the banquet, we will return to the Chapter House for a cocktail party and dance.  We will have large screen TV’s for your football viewing pleasure.  We hope everyone will follow us back to the house as we watch the Nebraska game as a reunited brotherhood!
